How do I return an item?

We hope you’ll be very happy with your new PowerBulbs purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return the item, we've listed everything you’ll need to know right here. If you need further advice please contact us - we’re on hand to help with anything.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return an item as long as it’s in an unopened, unused condition. Please inform us via email if you would like to make a return. If your return request is accepted you will need to return the item to us within 30 working days. Returns after this time may not be accepted.

When you receive your item we always recommend that you check your existing bulbs before opening your new product to ensure you have the correct fitment. If you've ordered the wrong type of bulb for your vehicle, you can return it to us within 30 days of dispatch (that’s 60 days for all orders outside of the UK). We ask that you return the product in an unopened condition.

How long do I have to return a product to you?

We accept returns made within 30 days of the order being dispatched in the UK. Outside of the UK we will accept returns within 60 days of the order being dispatched. Any refunds will be completed within 30 days of cancellation of the contract.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if the item is returned to us unopened and unused we will happily exchange the item. Once we receive the original item back we will dispatch the exchange item the same working day.

Will my returns cost be refunded?

We will only refund the postage costs if you return the bulbs to us because of an error on our part. Upon receipt of the returned item we will refund postage costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Please ensure when returning an item from overseas that all paperwork is completed correctly, stating the item to be a return. If this information is missing we incur custom charges so unfortunately we will have to refuse the item.
