Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return an item as long as it’s in an unopened, unused condition. Please inform us via email if you would like to make a return. If your return request is accepted you will need to return the item to us within 30 working days. Returns after this time may not be accepted.

When you receive your item we always recommend that you check your existing bulbs before opening your new product to ensure you have the correct fitment. If you've ordered the wrong type of bulb for your vehicle, you can return it to us within 30 days of dispatch (that’s 60 days for all orders outside of the UK). We ask that you return the product in an unopened condition.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if the item is returned to us unopened and unused we will happily exchange the item. Once we receive the original item back we will dispatch the exchange item the same working day.
